Introduction of a Form & Dry Box(CB-140ASF)

Placed the form finisher in the box.
・Recirculates the steam injected in time of form finishing after by leaving the steam in the box. Contributed to neater finishing and energy saving by restraining heat dissipation.
・Prevents deformation of a laundry article coming from the variable adjustment of airbag expansion with a standard equipped inverter.
・Possible to adjust shoulder width and expansion size of an airbag at vertical five points as the form finisher turns 360 degrees.

Finishing and drying capability
・Possible to do the finishing and drying by means of the hanger provided at both sides of the finisher. Finishing process finishes by only leaving a laundry article hung after form finishing.
・Kept the space in the box capable of drying up to 14 pieces of clothing at one time on condition that each hanger is set apart 6.5 cm from others and the form finisher is temporarily detached.
・ Possible to inject steam ideally due to not worrying about drainage attributable to the circuit separation of a steam injector and a heater drier.

Environmental performance
・ Reduced exhaust loss by using heat effectively based on placing an air recirculating function in the box.
・Principal part of the frame, structure of which is made of heat insulated double layers, does not release inner heat to a working room.
・ An operator can do laundry work easily since a finished laundry article is not hot in time of unloading stemming from automatically supplied cool air after completion of drying process.
